The project involves the development of a modern building complex serving as a cultural landmark, strategically located and harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape. The total covered area is 8,400 m², of which 2,110 m² consist of atrium spaces (courtyards or covered outdoor exhibition areas).
The complex is divided into nine distinct units, which include exhibition halls, public circulation areas, and staff workspaces.
